This is a loose tea and the brewing method is no different than normal tea. my suggestion to you is to consume it at least two times a day. remember: do not dispose the leaves when you brew it for the first time. you can add boiled water 2-3 more times and drink the tea after 5-10 minutes. half a spoon full of it is enough for 3-4 glasses of fresh and tasty tea. you can add other herbs or teas if you like.
